The petitioners have filed the present writ application for the following reliefs:

"(i) For direction to the respondents to revise the pay scale of the petitioners PB-2+4800 in place of BP-2+4200 w.e.f. 01.01.2006, in terms of resolution No. 163 dated 08-01-2016 issued under the signature of Sri Rahul Singh Secretary (Exps), Finance Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10252 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 contained in Annexure-1 of this writ petition. (ii) For further direction to the respondents as to refix the Salary / pension of the petitioners in terms of revised pay scale and pay difference amount in favour of petitioners.

(iii) And grant consequential benefits as deem fit and proper with the fact and circumstances of this case."

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, with reference to paragraph nos. 10 to 12 of the counter affidavit, submits that the grievance of the petitioners have been noted by the respondents and they have already taken step for redressal of the same. He submits that the grievance of the petitioners in all respect shall be addressed and redressed at the earliest. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take final decision with respect to the grievance of the petitioners within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It goes without saying that the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna will take all necessary steps for expeditious disposal of the grievance of the petitioners. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) uday/- U
