The petitioner is an accused in a case in which it is alleged that he had sworn an affidavit in respect of another accused in his bail matter before this court. The said case is still pending. During pendency of the trial of the case against the petitioner now this application has been filed for a direction that this court should direct the concerned authorities (not impleaded in the writ application) to take action against the respondents who are Superintendent of Police, Central Bureau of Investigation and the Inspector of Police, Central Bureau of
