JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 It has been submitted on behalf of contemnor that on earlier occasion, in pursuance of Order dated 27.09.2007, a sum of Rs. 40,44,150/- was paid out of 40,44,250/- and the remaining one hundred has also been paid in the account of petitioner and to support the same, photo copy of deposit slip has been filed though not supported through supplementary show-cause. However, with regard to deposit of Rs. 40,44,150/-, there happens to be nod at the end of learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the aforesaid event, further more pendency of instant petition is not at all warranted.
