2. This writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.02.2015 passed by respondent no. 5 in Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 11 of 2013-14, by which he has dropped the proceeding with an observation that the parties are independent to raise their grievance before the competent court in terms of Section 4 (5) of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to raise grievance before the competent authority by filing a representation in terms of Section 4(5) of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009.

4. If such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of after hearing the parties in accordance with law.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
