Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of disclosure made by the co-accused. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 25409 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Saran in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
