This is an application for quashing of the order dated 17.07.2003/15.02.2004 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Supaul in Misc. (Factory) Case No. 04/03 as well as the Revisional order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 70/07 (S) whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Supaul dismissed the revision preferred against the aforesaid order taking cognizance dated 17.07.03/15.02.04 U/S 92 of the Factory Act.
