1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "That present petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, Direction/ Directions, commanding the Respondents to grant the additional increments with consequential benefit to the petitioner as incentive as per "Corporate HRM Circular No. 46(C) dated 23/12/2020 under the Incentive Scheme on acquiring

Patna High Court CWJC No.7435 of 2022(2) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 Professional / Additional qualifications."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seek liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the General Manager (H.R.), Airport Authority of India, Operational Office Building, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the General Manager (H.R.), Airport Authority of India, Operational Office Building, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
