The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Rambha Devi and Pradeep Kumar Yadav @ Pradeep Kumar have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 23542 of 2017 and 37379 of 2017.

Taking the same into consideration and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43429 of 2017 (2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-I, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S.
