JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2017 Heard Mr. Yogendra Mishra, the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Shobha Nath Jha, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 5, and AC to GP XVI. The petitioner filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the order, dated 12.09.2007, passed by the Joint Director, Consolidation, Muzaffarpur, in Revision Case No. 75 of 2001, by which the Joint Director without hearing the petitioner allowed the revision and ordered for preparation of khatiyan in the name of revisionist, Subhadra Devi.
During the course of argument, it has been submitted at the bar that now the Bihar Lands Tribunal has been constituted to hear the dispute with regard to Bihar Consolidation Act also. In this view of the fact, the petitioner is directed to present the appeal within sixty days from today before the Bihar Lands Tribunal.
