This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Shikarpur Police Station Case No.23 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

About 609 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from a tractor. The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2023.
