The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Sikandara P.S. Case No.205 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that after demonetarization the accounts of the villagers were opened without their consent fraudulently and after receiving ATM cards villagers became suspicious, police came, collected ATM cards and during investigation, information was gathered that the petitioner is also involved in opening the account. The money was deposited and also withdrawn. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation of the police.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22926 of 2017 (3) dt.24-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits except this nothing has been brought on record. Petitioner had not issued job cards and cheque but he has wrongly been implicated in the present case.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
