The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(a) A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for commanding the Respondents to adjust the petitioner against the vacant post of Neyay Mitra in the Block of Kurtha where in several Panchayats, the post of Neyay Mitra were still vacant."
