JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2022 Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has claimed the dues of his mother services rendered with the Sanskrit Education Department and she expired while working at Baldeo Sanskrit High School, Dinara.

Learned counsel submits that the judgment dated 23.02.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) would, therefore, not covered the case of the petitioner and has been erroneously covered by the Judgment passed by this Court dated 22nd March, 2022.

It is noticed that the petitioner's counsel was present. However, the aforesaid facts was not brought to the notice of the Court by the counsel.

The writ petition is directed to be listed for Admission afresh to its original name and number.
