The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment dated 19.7.2006 passed by the Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari, in Criminal Appeal No. 23 of 2006 by which he has reduced the sentenced to the period already undergone.

Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
