JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) To direct the respondent authority to take action against the respondent no. 7 regarding implementation of order dated 18.10.2012 and dated 05.03.2013 passed by the D.C.L.R., Sheikhpura.

(ii) For commanding the respondent authorities to not disturb the peaceful possession of petitioner's share."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18719 of 2015(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
