The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction in Appeal dated 9.10.2006 passed by the Additional Distt. & Sessions Judge, Fast Tract Court-I, Katihar, in Cr. Appeal No. 74 of 2001/T.R. No. 35 of 2005.

Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
