ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment of conviction in Appeal dated 15.11.2006 passed by the Additional Distt. & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 3, Khagaria, in Criminal Appeal No. 12 of 1994 by which he has affirmed the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 30.6.1994 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd, Khagaria, in Sessions Case No. 441 of 1988/Trial No. 244 of 1991.
Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any perversity and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
However, considering the period of custody undergone
