JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-09-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 1438 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that one country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner in custody since 23.01.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him

On depositing the amount of Rs.25,000/-, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 1438 of 2018.

Deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) shall abide by final outcome of the instant criminal case. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) BT/- U
