The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of acquittal dated 31.10.2006 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar, in G.R. Case No. 215 of 2002/T.R. No. 167 of 2006. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any perversity and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
