ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Haveli Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/308/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute is wholly frivolous and the allegations have been made against the petitioners for oblique reasons. It is further submitted that even the injuries purported to have been inflicted, have been found to be simple in nature and the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of dispute as alleged, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16686 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 the petitioners in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Haveli Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
