That this is the writ petition being filed before this Hon'ble High Court on behalf of the aforesaid petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of 'certiorari" whereby and whereunder setting aside the decision dated 12.07.2019 passed by the Compassionate Committee, District Purnia confined to the private respondent No. 6 only, who has been appointed on the post of Panchayat Secretary against Ward No. 28, Ram

Sadar, District -Purnia; and further prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of the writ in the nature of "Prohibition" whereby and whereunder restraining the state respondents from issuing the letter of appointment of the aforesaid post in favour of private respondent No. 6 and further, the petitioner herein also seeks the issuance of writ in the nature of "mandamus"

commanding and directing the state respondents to appoint her on the post of Panchayat Secretary in place of private respondent No. 6 in the above mentioned Ward."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
