JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018, disclosing offence under Section 376 (G) of IPC and Sections 4, 8, 12 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused is of forcibly kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant and committed rape upon her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by stating that the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has also supported the prosecution case.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and
