The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 332, 353, 283, 290, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the informant got information that in protest of murder of a minor girl, 200-250 people have blocked NH-322 near Gandhi Chowk, Jandaha and creating nuisance. On such information, the police personnel reached there and where they saw that a lot of people armed with lathi, danda were making anti administrative slogan and thereafter, the mob attacked the police personnel causing injury to some of them.

There is general and omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is not even member of the mob.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
