JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2017 In all the aforesaid writ petitions, in sum and substance, a prayer was made for regularizing the services of the petitioners, who were obviously functioning as daily-wagers. The Court is of the opinion that while exercising power under Article-226 of the Constitution of India, it would be difficult for issuance of such direction.
However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned State Counsels, makes a prayer for disposal of all the aforesaid writ petitions, so that the petitioners may avail appropriate remedy.
As prayed, all the aforesaid writ petitions stand
