On looking to the pleadings made in the writ application and the prayer made in para-1, in my view, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. If the respondents or the executing agent has misappropriated the government fund an FIR could have been lodged.

Counsel for the petitioner, after making submissions at some length, sought permission of the Court to withdraw this writ application so that the petitioner may ventilate his grievance before the appropriate authority/forum in accordance with law.
