02. 08.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Mansahi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 registered under Sections 376, 506 and 225(B) of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Court concerned is directed to take stringent steps for arrest of the Petitioner.
