Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.02.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Gopalganj in S.Tr. No. 333 of 2021 arising out of Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 140/2021 whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Gopalganj has dismissed the application dated 25.01.2023 filed on behalf of the accused persons for calling the injury reports of Sanjay Singh, Rajan Singh, Mundrika Singh and Sunil Singh in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 143 of 2021 pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
