The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ariari P.S. Case No.74 of 2014 for the offences punishable under sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Arun Kumar Arun, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner with reference to the FIR placed at Annexure-1 submits that it is against unknown and it is during the course of investigation that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of the coaccused and that the petitioner has a clean antecedent. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances existing, let the petitioner, namely, Nitya Nand Singh @ Bigan Singh in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54998 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariari P.S. Case No.74 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
