Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 28-06-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16073 of 2017.

The petitioner has filed this second anticipatory bail petition on the ground that work has now been completed as per letter No. 1236 dated 03-11-2017 (Annexure-3 to the petition) issued by the District Programme Officer.

This court finds that the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 28-062017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16073 of 2017 on merit. The petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below and to pray for regular bail.

Therefore, this court does not find any ground to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4541 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 entertain this second anticipatory bail petition on the ground mentioned in the petition that work has now been completed. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and move for regular bail. The petitioner may take plea in the court below at the time of surrender that work has been completed which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law.
