Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The seizure list reflects recovery of 156 liters of I.M.F.L.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concerned with the Hut from where the alleged recovery has been made. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Case No. 91 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
