The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 448, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of The Prevention of Witch Practices Act, 1999.
Considering the specific accusation against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to revise its earlier order.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the fact that for a petty dispute the occurrence took place, if the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56538 of 2015 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Madhepur (R.S.Shivir) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani.
