====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that on account of ruckus created by accused persons including the petitioners the house of Manoj and Raju could not be searched on information of liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been

No.27704 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the allegation of creating ruckus is general and omnibus in nature and it appears that with a view to save Manoj and Raju the present false case came to be instituted. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
