The prayer for anticipatory bail of these petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 31222 of 2017.

This application has been filed on the ground that coaccused Barphati Ansari has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 29662 of 2017 (Annexure-5). From perusal of the order of coordinate Bench, it appears that earlier order of this Court dated 31.07.2017 was not brought to the knowledge of the coordinate Bench.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48989 of 2017 (2) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of these petitioners was rejected on merit. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in this application.

The application for anticipatory bail of these petitioners stands rejected.

Petitioners may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered by the court below on its own merits without being prejudiced by this order.
