Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now other accused persons have been enlarged on bail and petitioner has been in judicial custody for more than a year..

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that other co-accused of this case has been granted bail on the ground that the petitioner is the main accused in this case.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26970 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, since the informant is present, he is directed to produce the witnesses in the trial Court and the Trial Court is also directed to expedite the trial and conclude it as soon as possible.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
