The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.92 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the serious nature of allegation made in the first information report, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is dismissed.
