The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chapra Town P.S. case No. 582 of 2018 registered under Section 413, 414/34 of the IPC.
The S.H.O. got information that three persons riding on a motor cycle were talking to each other to commit theft of vehicles. On such the police chased the motorcyclists and one Sumant Kumar was apprehended and two pillion rider Manoranjan Rai and Dhiraj Kumar managed to flee away. On the disclosure of Sumant Kumar house of petitioners, who are full brothers, was searched and many stolen motor cycles and other articles were recovered. The petitioners managed to flee

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no manner of concern with Sumant Kumar but it appears that on the basis of disclosure made by Sumant Kumar raid was conducted in the house of petitioners and from there many stolen motorcycles and other articles were recovered.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
