Agarwal assisted by learned counsel Dr. Bidhu Ranjan for the petitioner and learned APP for the state through virtual court proceedings. Vide order dated 9.11.2020 provisional bail was granted to the petitioner on the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 5 lakh in the court below in two installments within five months but till date not a single penny has been deposited by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is hereby cancelled and the Superintendent of Police of Banka and Supaul is directed to arrest the petitioner and file the compliance report within three weeks.
