JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the State and the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patna City Chowk Police Station Case No. 66/15 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the occurrence was due to the family dispute and nothing has been attributed against the petitioners except that allegedly petitioner no. 2 taken out Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58434 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 45,000/- kept in the safe and the petitioners have ordered the mob to ransack the house of the informant. It is further submitted that several co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Mahesh Singh, Ajit Kumar and Suresh Singh be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Patna City Chowk Police Station Case No. 66/15, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
