09-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Earlier, the bail petitioner of petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 02.11.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 25240 of 2020 (Annexure 1).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2020 and has thus remained in custody for more than one & half year. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
