This application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6512 of 2021 for extension of four weeks time to deposit the amount and furnish bail bond.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted bail by order dated 16.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6512 of 2021, whereby petitioner was directed to be released provisionally after depositing Rs. One lakh within a period of four weeks from the date of the order, but the petitioner could not deposit the said amount within

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36514 of 2021(2) dt.07-07-2021 2/2 stipulated time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown. In view of the reasons assigned, four weeks further time from today, is allowed to the petitioner to deposit the said amount in the court below.
