The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023, registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the second daughter of the informant. The F.I.R. was registered u/s 366 of the I.P.C. against unknown accused person. Subsequently, the charge-sheet has been submitted u/s 306 of the I.P.C. against the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There was no love affair between the petitioner and the deceased. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Sahjahanpur P.S.
