====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Derni P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head causing bleeding injury to him.

Injury report has been enclosed as Annexure-4 which shows one simple injury on the head of the informant caused by Hard and Blunt substance.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25152 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Derni P.S.
