1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-27 for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the order dated 21.01.2025 in CWJC No. 17331 of 2024 has been complied by the Collector, Nawada but belatedly, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the contempt application with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order passed by the Collector, Nawada.
