The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, stolen truck was recovered from the Garage of petitioner and total eight persons were apprehended by the police.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he happens to be owner of the Garage. He has got no concern with the stolen motorcycle. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Counsel for State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that stolen truck was recovered from the Garage of which this petitioner is owner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to
