Mr.Manoj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that his daughter was married to Pankaj Puri and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, the informant's daughter has been killed and her dead body has been disposed of.

A complaint case has been filed in the year 2013 vide Complaint Case No. 139 of 2014, but more than three years F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner vide P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 for the same offence.

No.27153 of 2019(3) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent, bear no criminal antecedent and have been falsely implicated. He submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the devar of the deceased. He further submits the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 04.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil Police Station Case No. 48 of 2017.
