The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 775 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447,420,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit hat after institution of present case, petitioner has been made accused in two other cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
