Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 75 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brother-in-law of the deceased. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case merely because they are relatives of the deceased. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in custody since 11.01.2023.

Petitioners have no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 75 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
