2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The allegation in the First Information Report is that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons has assaulted the informant and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be evident from the First Information Report itself that there was a dispute between pattidar on account of drainage and the entire family has been made an accused. It has been submitted that there is case and counter case and the injuries suffered by most of the injured are simple in nature and the injury caused to one Anish Kumar Singh is said to be grievous

No.25878 of 2026(2) dt.24-04-2026 2/2 in nature (Annexure-P/3 series), but the same is on the non-vital part of the body and the author of the said injury, according to FIR, is one Ripu Kumar Singh. So far as the petitioner is concerned, allegations are of general and omnibus nature.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the basis of allegations made in the First Information Report.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the petitioner has been imputed only general and omnibus allegations of assault, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 277 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
