JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 285 and 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the husband of the informant being electrician, was called by the S.D.O., Ravi Aryan through coaccused Mumtaz for doing some electric repairing work but subsequently while doing repair work, the husband of the informant fell down from the pole due to electric shock and died on the spot.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was the office staff of Electric Supply and Distribution Company and there is nothing specific against this petitioner. Moreover, the husband of the informant got

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55624 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 electrocuted while doing some electric repair work. The Electric Supply and Distribution Company tried to save him and provide medical assistance.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 106 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
