Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 469 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 363, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66939 of 2019. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
